Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden, UK and USA.
Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

We do not charge shipping costs.

Delivery times

As far as no other period is indicated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place in the inland (Germany) within 1-3 working days, with foreign deliveries to Europe within 3-6 working days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction), the USA within 6-14 working days (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Shipping and Payment Terms

The following terms apply:

We deliver within Germany (domestic shipping) and to the following countries:

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Delivery times, shipping costs, return costs

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, delivery occurs as follows:

Germany: within 1–3 business days
Europe: within 3–6 business days from contract conclusion (for prepayment: from payment instruction)
USA: within 6–14 business days (for prepayment: from payment instruction)

We ship Monday to Friday until 2 p.m.

No shipping or delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we ship them together unless otherwise agreed.
The delivery time is then based on the item with the longest delivery period.

We charge a flat rate of €3.20 for deliveries within Germany.

International deliveries:

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight.

For deliveries outside the EU: shipping costs do not include import taxes or customs duties.

🇬🇧 Note for customers in the United Kingdom:

For orders with a value of over £135 (excluding shipping costs), import sales tax and, if applicable, customs duties will be charged upon delivery. These costs are charged directly by the delivery company and are not included in the purchase price.

Return shipping costs

The customer bears the cost and liability for returns in case of withdrawal or cancellation.

Lieferfristen

Soweit im jeweiligen Angebot keine andere Frist angegeben ist, erfolgt die Lieferung der Ware

bei Auslandslieferungen nach Europa innerhalb von 3-6 Werktagen nach Vertragsschluss (bei vereinbarter Vorauszahlung nach dem Zeitpunkt Ihrer Zahlungsanweisung),

Wir versenden Mo - Fr bis 14 Uhr. Beachte bitte, dass an Sonn- und Feiertagen kein Vesand und keine Zustellung erfolgt. Haben Sie Artikel mit unterschiedlichen Lieferzeiten bestellt, versenden wir die Ware in einer gemeinsamen Sendung, sofern wir keine abweichenden Vereinbarungen mit Ihnen getroffen haben. Die Lieferzeit bestimmt sich in diesem Fall nach dem Artikel mit der längsten Lieferzeit den Sie bestellt haben.

Retourenkosten

Die Kosten und Haftung für die Rücksendung der Waren bei Widerruf/Retoure trägt der Kunde.
