We follow a "No Factories" approach and work exclusively with family businesses and collectives.
We have shared years of friendship with most of them, and we do everything we can to make sure that every employee, including those working with our production partners, feels part of the PANASIAM family.

Our shirts, Harem Pants, sarongs, scarves and batik shorts are made on Java, Indonesia's largest island, as well as on Bali.

From selecting fabrics such as cotton or viscose to dyeing, batik and sewing, every step is handled independently by a dedicated team.
In Indonesia, for example, several families live together on the large property where the workshop is located. They can cultivate and farm their own plots of land and have collectively decided to use the wastewater treated with bacteria to run a small tobacco farm, providing the community with an additional source of income.
